In celebration of its latest recognition, DFW Best: Cocktail from The Dallas Morning
News for the Passion Chile Margarita, Stephan Pyles is launching new happy hour
specials in their bar and patio. The restaurant is offering house red and white wines
and champagne for $7 and all specialty cocktails for $8. Complimentary flatbreads
will also be served.

About Stephan Pyles:
Chef Stephan Pyles, named Esquire Magazine’s “2006 Chef of the Year”, is a pioneer of New
American Cuisine and legendary founding father of Southwestern Cuisine. He was the first chef in the Southwest to win a James Beard Award. In November 2005, Chef Pyles opened the first restaurant to bear his name.
