• SchedulingTo ensure staffing availability, Personnel schedules must be submitted 30 days prior to the event.  Any changes in scheduling Can be made through REMEDY or the on-site Supervisor (when assigned).  Cancellations must be made one (1) day in advance of event to avoid a charge.
• SupervisorOne Supervisor is required when fifteen (15) associates are requested.  The Supervisor will Remain in position for the duration of the meeting. This position is an addition to the requested staff.
• StaffThere is a five-hour minimum (5) per day per staff member. Hours in excess of forty (40) per week will be paid at the overtime rate of 1.5 times the base rate. Associates are paid from the time they report to duty until the end of the scheduled workday, including time spent for briefings, lunches and breaks.  Rates are effective throughout the seven-day week and on holidays. Depending on the locations, an additional parking fee may be accessed.
• Breaks and Meal PeriodsAssociates must be given a 15-minute break per five hours of work; 30-minute break for six hours; 45-minutes for seven to eight hours (a 30-minute and 15-minute break or one 45-minute break); and a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks for 9+ hours.
• Payroll/InvoicingThe Supervisor or associate will submit time sheets for signature on the last workday or at the end of the event.  Remedy handles payment to the associates, absorbing all state and federal taxes.  Invoicing will be submitted by Remedy within fifteen (15) days after the end of your event.  Payment is due at that time.  Payment is recorded as “past due” after thirty (30) days and 7 percent of the amount billed will be assessed.
