EMI In our ever changing environment and short lead time it was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders with the assistance from the Dallas CVB. This group not only made my job easier but it truly exemplifies the strength behind this organization – the team works together and shows enormous pride to their city.... This is what it takes to get the job done! We look forward to bringing our group to Dallas and will utilize their services again, and again.

I had the extreme pleasure of working with the talented team in Dallas twice in 2010 – for two very important meetings – the Professional Convention Management Association in January and the American Wind Energy Association in May. For both of these conventions, Dallas did an outstanding job. The team at the Dallas CVB was beyond exceptional – Cassandra Mattej, Jennifer Watson, Renee McKenney and countless others welcomed PCMA and showed how Dallas has become an exciting and vibrant city that is perfect for meetings and conventions. They went "above and beyond" to showcase the city’s highlights and features. The same was true for AWEA – a substantially larger event that was the fastest growing show in the U.S. between 2007-2010 – Dallas handled the growth (and the challenges it presented) admirably. I am happy to say that the Dallas Convention Center was the home of both programs. The staff at the DCC, and especially the Centerplate Catering team, was fantastic. The challenges that both PCMA and AWEA presented in the use of the DCC space and services – and especially the food and beverage requirements – were quite "out of the box" – the Center and Centerplate rose to the challenges and did a remarkable job for both meetings. I also had the pleasure of working with the team at the Hyatt Regency as headquarters hotel for both programs. The Hyatt provided excellent meeting space and an extraordinary convention services team. They did a wonderful job on all of the VIP events associated with both meetings. I would not hesitate to recommend Dallas, the Dallas Convention Center and Centerplate and the Hyatt to others planning meetings/events. The service levels throughout the city, the dedication of the city to meetings, and the overall hospitality Dallas offered made it a stellar city in which to hold a convention and made both PCMA and AWEA "shine" for selecting Dallas! Please feel free to contact me if I can be of assistance in providing information to others considering Dallas for their meetings – I would be pleased to "sing the praises" of Dallas as a phenomenal host city for meetings and conventions.

Dallas Harlequins Thank you so much for all the wonderful support with the West Rugby Union Women's Championships and the West Collegiate All Star Weekend hosted in Dallas Texas. It would have taken me hours of phone time and days to collect needed data, get hotels lined up, and find facilities but you narrowed that time down drastically. You are true to Dallas and your willingness to step in and help out was greatly appreciated. Thank you for your support. I look forward to working with the DCVB again. All the best!
