- Is Dallas a Union City? No, Texas is a Right To Work State. Right-to-work laws are state statutes that ban the practice of requiring union membership or financial support to a union as a condition of employment, and provide employees with individual bargaining rights. These laws establish the legal right of employees to decide for themselves whether or not to join or financially support a union.

- What is the easiest mode of transportation if I don't rent a car to get around the city?Yes, the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), an extensive network of DART Rail, Trinity Railway Express (TRE) and bus services, transports more than 200,000 passengers per day across its expanding 700-square-mile service area.
