The Street will open for pedestrian traffic only at 6 p.m. until 9 p.m., and be blocked at the intersections of Dragon Street and Oak LawnAvenue and Dragon Street and Payne. Plentyof parking is available on Slocum Street, Cole, and surrounding areas.
