The CVB serves as an official point of contact for convention and meeting planners assisting with meeting preparation. The CVB makes planning and implementing a meeting less time consuming and more streamlined. We give meeting planners access to a range of services and value added extras. Before a meeting begins, our staff can help locate meeting space, check hotel availability, and arrange for site inspections. We can also link planners with the suppliers, from transportation to caterers to off-site entertainment venues that can help meet the requirements of any event. Our services are complimentary to meeting planners and there are no fees charged to the hotels or vendors.
Once you have selected Dallas, our Convention Services department will be your Personal Meeting Concierge and will be available to assist you with all of your servicing needs. They will be your key contact for community resources making your job easier.
