One night, 48 chefs and countless dishes: All the reasons why you need to check out the Arboretum's first ever international culinary adventure.

 

The festival will focus on five regions and types of dishes.
Five regions of fine cuisine will be represented including American Bistro, Mediterranean, Pan Asian and South American, so be sure to try it all. And you can't forget about the wine – sample your favorite wine or craft beer while watching the sun set over beautiful White Rock Lake.

 

Local chefs will show off their best creations.
Enjoy tasty bites from dozens of award winning, local chefs like Chef Eric Dreyer from Fearings, Chef Josh Harmon from Kitchen LTO, Chef Katherine Clapner from Dude Sweet Chocolate, and so many more. Check out the full list of chefs here!

 

Save room for dessert!
There will be tons of mouth-watering treats to try and savor, along with a cup of coffee to top it off. End the evening with a special concert on the lawn before calling it a night. The festival is March 16, so reserve your seat and get your tickets today!

 

The gardens will provide a magical background.
The festival will take place right in the middle of the annual Dallas Blooms where 500,000 spring blooming bulbs will light up the gardens with color. Dallas Blooms, recently named one of "the best spots on this side of Holland to see beautiful flowers" by Southern Living Magazine, is all about Flower Power this year, with a fun, unique 60s-focused theme throughout the gardens.
