Spotlight on Dining is a peek into Dallas' world renowned culinary artists who share recipes and a bit of history on a great city passion, food!
Chamberlain’s Steak and Chop HouseChef Richard Chamberlain’s long experience at the head of great kitchens makes his steak house Dallas’ finest. Chamberlain’s was rated 4 stars by the Dallas Morning News and a top 10 restaurant by D Magazine. Specialties include Lobster Bisque, Kobe Beef Pot Stickers, Prime Bone-in Ribeye, Bone in Filet Mignon, Chilean Sea Bass, and Wild Mushroom Mac and Cheese. There are five private dining rooms that accommodate 10, 20, 30, 40 and up to 100 people. Next door is Chamberlain’s Cigar Lounge, a wood-defined retro-luxe den, flush with distressed leather couches, monolithic low slung tables, leather high-back chairs, and a trio of flat screens for sports watching. There is live music Thursday through Saturday! Dinner is served every night at 5 pm |
