The staff at Suze combines a worldly fare with a comfortable setting to form a boutique restaurant that will appeal to any diner. Executive chef Gilbert Garza and Chef de Cuisine use the best ingredients in each item on their dynamic menu.

Garza’s wife Lisa recently competed in The Next Food Network Star’s fourth season in 2008. She was one of three finalists who advanced to the final episode.
