During class, Chef Pyles will share his personal insights and experience on fall and holiday entertaining. Demonstrations will include a four-course meal or holiday buffet with matching wines or beverages. Participants will also learn recipe techniques from the restaurant, as well as those inspired by Chef Pyles' travel experiences. Class is $95. 11am to 2pm.
