From its location in the former Texas School Book Depository, The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza provides a comprehensive exhibit on the life, death, and legacy of President John F. Kennedy. Opening February 16, 2009, "A Photographer's Story: Bob Jackson and the Kennedy Assassination," presents the captivating work of the former Dallas Times Herald photographer who won a Pulitzer Prize for his image of Jack Ruby shooing Lee Harvey Oswald. The Museum Store is open during regular Museum hours. Open: 7 days a week 10 AM- 6 PM Tuesday-Sunday, Noon-6 PM Monday; closed Thanksgiving and Christmas. Convenient parking and access to public transit. Admission includes audio guides: (available in seven languages and a children's version): Adults $13.50, Senior Citizens (65+) & Youth (6-18) $12.50, Children five and under are free.
