The C.R. Smith Museum shows the fascinating world of commercial aviation through interactive exhibits, dioramas, a large-screen theater, and a restored DC-3.

The Trammell & Margaret Crow Collection of Asian Art contains more than 700 scrolls, paintings, objects of metal and stone, and large architectural pieces from China, Japan, India, and Southeast Asia. Over 300 works are on display in the galleries including precious jade ornaments, Japanese scrolls, and an 18th century sandstone facade.

The Dallas Children's Museum encourages exploration and discovery with hands-on exhibits for children ages 2 through 10 and their families.

Dallas Heritage Village, the premier living history museum of the Southwest, depicts life in Dallas from 1840-1910. With a stunning view of the Dallas skyline, rental buildings on 13 acres include a 4,000-square-foot pavilion, country church, saloon, rustic school house and elegant pre-Civil War and Victorian homes.

The Dallas Holocaust Museum/Center for Education and Tolerance is located in the Historic West End at the corner of Record and Pacific at the DART rail line. Hours are Monday through Friday from 9:30 am – 5pm and Saturday and Sunday (and most holidays) from 11am – 5pm.

The spacious galleries feature a permanent collection spanning periods from pre-Columbian to modern eras. Special temporary exhibits rotate throughout the year.
