Dallas Holiday Parade is Back

For 30 years, the parade has been a Dallas tradition, drawing 450,000+ people to the streets of Downtown with festive floats, marching bands, famous characters and more. The parade was set to cancel this year, but thanks to VisitDallas, along with several major sponsors including Toyota, The Statler, DDI and more, the parade was saved and brought crowds and holiday cheer to Dallas once again this December. Many celebrities and dignitaries participated in the parade, including Miss Texas Margana Wood who rode on the VisitDallas float.

Mariana and Fernanda Bonilla Media FAM

VisitDallas welcomed Mexican social media influencers Mariana and Fernanda Bonilla in December. The fashion-savvy sisters spent a day at NorthPark Center where they met with local influencers over lunch at The Theodore and manicures at MiniLuxe. Other stops in their itinerary included the Galleria, local shops in Bishop Arts and exploring Deep Ellum's nightlife.

Big D Holiday

The PR team again assisted with BIG D Holiday, an annual promotion to showcase a full array of enchanting events – both holiday activities and ground-breaking exhibits only seen in Dallas this time of year – for locals and visitors to enjoy. In addition to the annual release, the team hosted two regional bloggers and influencers to share Dallas' holiday offerings with their followers.
