The two-story restaurant will feature Texas-sized cuts like a 40 oz. long bone cowboy ribeye, paired with an impressive lineup of seafood and delectable inventive dishes. Little Ruby’s is bringing its laid-back Australian charm from New York City to Dallas this fall at 23Springs. Winter 2025

Urban Italia is coming soon to Dallas’ Victory Park, bringing a lively taste of Italy to the neighborhood, promising bold flavors rooted in Italian tradition. The 5,500-square- foot space will seat 250 guests inside or on the patio, occupying the former WFAA studio. This new concept is led by award-winning Chef Carla Pellegrino, who is known for her acclaimed New York and Las Vegas restaurants like Baldoria and Rao’s Las Vegas.
