Whether you are looking to stay near the Galleria or within walking distance from the American Airlines Center, Dallas has a room for every visitor. We have put together a list of a few hotels opening in the new year for travelers (or staycationers) to experience. New and upcoming hotel developments include:
The JW Marriott
Arts District *This hotel will now be opening early 2023
The JW Marriott $125 million renovations of the Trammell Crow Center Tower is in the heart of downtown Dallas, in the renowned Dallas Arts District. The new luxury hotel will include a rooftop pool, lobby bar, restaurant, club lounge, grand ballroom and a variety of meeting spaces. The hotel will be within walking distance to the Dallas Museum of Art, Nasher Sculpture Center, Dallas Black Dance Theater, Crow Museum of Asian Art, Winspear Opera House and many more attractions.
Intercontinental Dallas
Uptown
The current Cityplace Tower will be transformed into the luxury hotel InterContinental Dallas with panoramic views of the Dallas skyline in the Uptown neighborhood. Guests will enjoy high-end rooms and amenities, including a rooftop infinity pool and lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness experience and over 21,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space.
Harwood Boutique Hotel
Harwood District
Harwood International is developing a 20-story luxury hotel across from the Rolex Building. The Harwood Boutique Hotel will be minutes away from Downtown Dallas, the American Airlines Center, House of Blues, Perot Museum of Nature and Science and great bar and dining options.
Plüsh Suites
North Dallas
Plush Suites will be a four-star high-rise hotel near the Galleria Dallas in North Dallas. This hotel will be a shopper's paradise as it is minutes away from Galleria Mall with 137 stores, 34 places to eat and drink and a year-round ice rink.

East Dallas
