Join us on Saturday, March 14, 2026 at 1:30 PM for a special SESSION Pilates donation-based class at SESSION’s Lakewood studio! We’re proud to support Fina Burres, a Teen of Impact as part of an American Heart Association initiative empowering changemakers to raise awareness and funds for teen heart health and lifesaving research. All ticket proceeds will go directly to the American Heart Association, helping fuel education, advocacy, research, and community programs that save lives. Space is limited, so book your spot today and move with purpose for your heart and the community! Must purchase the $35 “Donation Credit” to reserve the American Heart Association Donation Session.
