The 31 year-old Bell has wins over Tyrone Jones (4-1), Andy Vences (22-0-1), Frank De Alba (23-4), Mark Bernaldez (20-3), Manuel Rey Rojas (20-4), Julio Cortez (15-2), Nicholas Polanco (20-2-1), William Encarnacion (20-4) and his last bout when he took out former world champion Jonathan Romero (35-2) in one-round on March 22nd in Toledo.
Jose Ivan Guardado Ortiz, 25 of Baja, California, Mexico is 15-2-1 with five knockouts. He has a win over former world title challenger Cosme Rivera and is coming off a loss to current WBC champion Robson Conceicao on April 13th in Corpus Christi, Texas.
In the co-main event, former IBF Lightweight champion Mickey Bey (25-3-1, 13 KOs) of Cleveland takes on Sergio Rios Jimenez (17-0, 6 KOs) of Sonora, Mexico in a 10-round bout.

Wilver Hernandez (8-1, 2 KOs) of Kansas City battles Jorge Ascanio Martinez (10-1-1, 7KOs) of Mexico in a six-round bantamweight bout.
Rasheen Brown (12-1, 7 KOs) of Philadelphia takes on Wilfredo Cruz (9-2-1, 5 KOs) of Puerto Rico in a six-round featherweight bout.
