The FIFA World Cup 26 Dallas™ Margarita Mile Cup (“Promotion”) gives participants a self-guided tour of Dallas’s best margaritas with its free mobile passport along with the opportunity to earn free swag, while supplies last, from Visit Dallas. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions along with the sweepstakes rules contained herein (even if you do not qualify for sweepstakes entry).

Sponsor. The Dallas Convention & Visitors Bureau d/b/a Visit Dallas, 1807 Ross Avenue, Suite 450, Dallas, TX 75201.

Eligibility. This Promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of June 1, 2026; present at locations identified by Sponsor (“Location” or “Locations”) in the Passport; and have a mobile phone with location services enabled at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, prize providers, and advertising and promotion agencies (the “Promotion Entities”), together with the immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and those persons living in the same household as such employees (whether or not related), are not eligible to participate. Residents of Puerto Rico, United States Possessions and Territories, any state where prohibited or restricted by law, or other countries are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period. The Promotion will begin on June 3, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and end at 11:59 p.m. CT on July 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s or Administrator’s (or their designated representative’s) computer is the official timekeeper for the Promotion.

How to Participate.

You must enable location services on your mobile device to participate. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply. Your wireless service carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply.

1. Visit https://www.visitdallas.com/food-drink/margarita-mile/
2. Click “Sign Up” on the Pass product card or icon and fill out the required information, including but not limited to name, mobile phone number, email address, and zip code, and answer all required questions. You will be given an opportunity to opt in to receive promotional emails, but you are not required to do so to participate in the Promotion.
3. After you register, a “mobile passport” (“Passport”) will be sent to you via text message and/or email, which you must save to your mobile device. The Passport will contain the name and address of locations along the “FIFA World Cup 26 Dallas™ Margarita Mile Cup” (“Locations”). The name and address of the Locations is also available at https://www.visitdallas.com/food-drink/margarita-mile/.
4. During the Promotion Period, visit one or more Locations on the FIFA World Cup 26 Dallas™ Margarita Mile Cup, enable location services on your mobile device, and check in to the Location on your Passport. Having location services enabled on your device is required to check in on your Passport, and you must be physically present at the premises of a Location in order to check. No purchase or payment is required at the location in order to check in. Upon confirming your check-in via the Passport you will receive 100 points.
5. For each Location, you will only receive points for checking in to that Location once. You will not receive points for any visit to a Location (a) if you do not properly check in on the Passport at the Location, or (b) after the end of the Promotion Period.

Redeeming Points.

1. At any time during the Promotion Period, you may redeem points earned from visiting and checking into Locations for one or more promotional items, as follows:
   • FIFA World Cup 26 Dallas™ Margarita Mile Cup Seasonal Keychain (200 points), available while supplies last. Subject to availability, and having earned sufficient points, you may redeem points for multiple keychains.
2. At any time during the Promotion Period, you may redeem points earned from visiting and checking into Locations for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes, subject to eligibility as set forth in the Sweepstakes Rules, as follows:
   
   • One (1) entry into The Visit Dallas Margarita Mile Cup Sweepstakes (500 points).
3. To redeem points, click on the “Rewards” tab in the Passport, choose an item, and click “redeem.” You will be required to input all required information including shipping address and confirm the selection. You must have earned sufficient points for the item or items for which you request redemption.
4. All redemption requests must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT on July 31, 2026 (“Redemption Deadline”). Redemption requests submitted after the Redemption Deadline will not be redeemed or fulfilled.
5. FIFA World Cup 26 Dallas™ Margarita Mile Cup Keychains must be picked up at the Dallas Visitor Center Kiosk (“Kiosk”) in Klyde Warren Park located at 2049 N. Pearl St., Dallas, TX 75201 during regular business hours. The Kiosk is open every day between 11:00 am CT and 7:00 pm CT, except for certain holidays. Kiosk may close without warning due to staffing, weather, or other reasons. To confirm days and times of operations call 214-571-1096. Keychains must be picked up by August 14, 2026. Keychains not picked up by this deadline are forfeited and participant will not receive the keychain or an alternate or substitute promotional item. Participants must show proof of redemption of the promotional item to the visitor kiosk attendant before receiving the item. 6. Any points not redeemed by the Redemption Deadline are void and deemed forfeited. Points do not have any monetary value. Points and promotional items cannot be redeemed for cash value. Promotional items are non-transferable; no substitutions or exchanges are permitted. Promotional items are available while supplies last. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute one or more promotional items for a promotional item of equal or greater value.

Privacy Policy. The use of personally identifiable information that is submitted by participants as part of this Promotion, including geolocation information, will be used to administer the Promotion and will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.visitdallas.com/privacy-policy.html, and Administrator’s privacy policy at https://bandwango.com/privacy-policy/, if applicable.

The Visit Dallas Margarita Mile Cup Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is subject to these Official Rules (“Rules”), the Promotion Terms and Conditions set forth above and incorporated by reference herein, and to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Rules, the Promotion Terms and Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept all decisions made by Sponsor related to the Sweepstakes as final and binding.

Promotion Period. The entry period (“Entry Period”) will begin on June 3, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and will end at 11:59 p.m. on July 31, 2026. Sponsor’s (or Sponsor’s designated representative’s) computer is the official timekeeper for the Sweepstakes.

How to Enter. During the Promotion Period, redeem 500 points in your Passport from participation in the Promotion by following the instructions in the Terms and Conditions above. When registering for the Passport, you may be given the opportunity to opt in to receive commercial or promotional emails or texts from Sweepstakes Entities but are not required to do so. Opting in to receive commercial or promotional communications will not increase an entrant’s chance of winning. Limit one entry per person.

In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address or mobile phone number provided at the time of entry will be deemed be the entrant. The authorized account holder of an email address is the natural person assigned to such account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such account. The authorized account holder of a mobile phone account is the natural person reflected in the provider’s records as registering the account. The potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that s/he was the authorized account holder of such email address or phone number.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to entrant. Automated and/or repetitive electronic submission of entries (including but not limited to entries made using any script, macro, bot or sweepstakes service) will be disqualified and transmissions from these or related phone numbers, email addresses, and/or IP addresses may be blocked. Use of multiple accounts to enter will result in disqualification. All entries must be received and recorded during the Entry Period to be eligible for the drawing. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

Alternate Method of Entry. You may enter the Sweepstakes by mailing a 3” x 5” card with your name, physical address (no P.O. boxes), phone number, and email address to Visit Dallas Margarita Mile Cup Sweepstakes Entry, 1807 Ross Avenue, Suite 450, Dallas, TX 75201. Mail entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2026, and received no later than July 31, 2026.

Prize. Up to one (1) prize (“Prize”). The Prize consists of the items specified below:

• One (1) voucher redeemable for two (2) consecutive nights hotel accommodations at a hotel in the Dallas, Texas metropolitan area (one standard room, double occupancy, room rate and tax only); hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; voucher must be booked and redeemed no later than August 31, 2027; other restrictions and conditions apply (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $658.00);
• One (1) airline voucher, credit, or redemption code in the amount of Seven Hundred Dollars ($700.00), airline determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, which can be used to purchase airfare to/from Dallas, Texas; voucher/credit/redemption code must be booked and redeemed by August 31, 2027; other restrictions and conditions apply (ARV: $700.00);
• Two (2) Dallas CityPasses which must be used/redeemed by August 31, 2027 (ARV: $128.00 for two passes);
• One (1) $250 Visa (or similar) gift card (ARV: $250.00); and
• One (1) $500 Visa (or similar) gift card (ARV: $500.00).

CityPasses and gift cards are subject to the rules found or referenced thereon.

The total ARV of the Prize for the sweepstakes is $2,236.00.

Any difference between the actual retail value of a Prize and the approximate retail value stated in these Rules will not be awarded. Winners are responsible for all other expenses associated with receipt and use of a Prize (other than delivery to winner’s shipping address, if applicable). Sponsor will ship the Prize (if appliable) at Sponsor’s expense to winner(s) at the legal address provided by the winner(s). Winners are responsible for ensuring the legal address information of the winner is correct. The prize is limited to the item specified above and winner(s) are responsible for all other expenses associated with receipt and use of a Prize (other than delivery to winner’s shipping address, if applicable).

Prizes are considered compensation to the winner. All federal, state, municipal and local taxes associated with receipt or use of a Prize are the sole responsibility of winner. Sponsor will file an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the Prize if legally required to do so, and in that instance the winner will be required to furnish his or her social security number and complete and return an IRS W-9 form for purposes of same, as more fully set forth in these Rules.

There is no cash award associated with the Prize. The Prize is not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize or one or more elements of the Prize for a prize of equal or greater value. Prize may not be redeemed for cash value.

Travel, Accommodations, and Other Expenses. If the Prize includes travel, travel and hotel accommodations are subject to availability, holiday and blackout dates, and all other Prize and travel restrictions. Winner(s) and guest(s) (if any) are solely responsible for obtaining any required travel documents, including without limitation Real ID, visas, and passports. Winner(s) and winner’s guest(s) are solely responsible for compliance with all travel security and entry requirements, restrictions related to pandemic or epidemic disease, or other related travel requirements or restrictions. Sponsor is not responsible for forfeiture of any Prize or any element thereof due to winner or guest’s failure to timely obtain any required travel documents or failure to comply with any security, entry, pandemic or epidemic disease, or similar requirements. Deadlines for redemption and/or use of any vouchers, passes, travel credits, certificates, etc. are final and not subject to modification. Travel and hotel arrangements are final and cannot be altered, modified, rescheduled, or rebooked unless expressly authorized by the airline, hotel, or other applicable provider in their sole discretion, and any change or other fees associated therewith are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to present a valid credit card to the hotel at check-in, per hotel policy. No other travel elements (including, without limitation, airport or airline taxes, baggage fees, in-room hotel charges, charges for hotel amenities, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, ground transportation, parking, souvenirs, etc.) are included as part of the Prize. The winner(s) and their guest(s) hereby agree that they will observe all rules and regulations of any airline, transportation company, hotel, venue, or other prize provider or prize related entity related to Prize redemption. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or liability for cancellations, delays, or any other change by any company or person providing any element of a Prize and is not responsible or liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence thereof. Winner(s) and any permitted guest(s) specifically release Sponsor from any and all claims for loss or damage to baggage or property, or from personal injuries or death, or from loss or delay, arising out of the acts, omissions, or negligence of any independent contractors, such as air carriers, hotels, restaurateurs, transportation providers, medical personnel, or other providers of services or facilities.

Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification. One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or Sponsor’s representative on or about August 7, 2026. Sponsor or Administrator will contact the potential winner(s) via phone or email, at Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days of notification attempt, or a notification is returned as undeliverable, that potential winner will be disqualified and, subject to the following paragraph, an alternate potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately at the time Sponsor or Administrator calls or transmits an email. Sponsor or Administrator will only be required to attempt to leave one voicemail message or send one email. Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right, but not the obligation, to attempt to contact any winner(s) more than once, in its sole and absolute discretion, and will not be required to attempt to contact potential winner(s) an equal number of times or in the same manner. Sponsor or Administrator is not responsible for any change of email address and/or telephone number of any entrant(s) and/or winner(s).

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, does not or cannot comply with these Official Rules, or fails to timely return any required documents specified in these Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be selected. If Sponsor is unable to successfully identify a qualified potential winner after Sponsor has attempted to notify two (2) potential winners, Sponsor may elect to not to award the Prize.

Potential winners are subject to verification, including verification of residence. In order to receive a Prize, winner may be required, within the time period designated by Sponsor, to (a) present a valid photo identification issued by a commonwealth, district, or state of the United States or by the United States federal government; (b) complete, sign, and return to Sponsor an affidavit of eligibility and liability release; (c) except where prohibited by law, complete, sign, and return a publicity release; and/or (d) complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 in its entirety, which includes the winner’s valid United States taxpayer identification number or social security number.

No entrant or potential winner is a winner of a Prize unless and until an entrant’s eligibility has been verified and Sponsor has confirmed such verification to the winner, even if that entrant’s name has been publicly posted or identified as a winner prior to completion of the verification process.

General.

a. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, MUNICIPAL, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

b. Sponsor has not made and is not responsible for, and hereby disclaims, any representation, warranty, or guaranty, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize.

c. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules, and to waive any right to claim any ambiguity or error herein or in the Sweepstakes itself, and to be bound by all actions of the Sponsor and/or Sponsor’s representative, whose decisions are binding and final on all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

d. Any normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply. If you use a mobile device to access the Sweepstakes entry form, your wireless service carrier’s standard charges, data rates, and other fees may apply. You understand that by participating in this Sweepstakes, if you are a potential winner, the Sponsor may contact you via mobile phone, which may be subject to charges pursuant to your carrier’s rate plan.

e. To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes or accepting a Prize, entrant and/or winner(s) grants to Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns, and those acting under their authority to use, and to authorize others to (a) interview the entrant and/or winner(s) (and winner’s guest(s), if applicable), (b) photograph, film, and record (audio and/or video) entrant and/or winner(s) (and winner’s guest(s), if applicable), (c) use in commerce entrant or winner(s)’s name, likeness, biographical information, photograph, audio or video recording, entry materials including Video, prize information (if any), and/or any statements made by them regarding the Sponsor, the Sweepstakes, and/or any Sweepstakes Entities throughout the world in all media now known or hereafter existing and in perpetuity for any lawful purpose (including but not limited to advertising, marketing, publicity, and promotion of Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities, the Sweepstakes, other Sponsor promotions, the products and services associated with Sponsor and the Sweepstakes, and for all their internal business purposes) without further compensation, permission, notification, or right of approval.

f. To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in this Sweepstakes and/or accepting any Prize, each entrant agrees for themselves and for their heirs, executors, and administrators to release, hold harmless, indemnify, and defend Sponsor, the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and representatives from and against any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, right, claims, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees), including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, in connection with or arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes; the delivery, acceptance, possession, or use or misuse of any Prize; preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any Prize-related activity; and/or any claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, or defamation.

g. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant understands and agrees that all rights under Section 1542 of the Civil Code of California (“Section 1542”) and any similar law of any state or territory of the United States that may be applicable with respect to the foregoing release are hereby expressly and forever waived. You understand and acknowledge that Section 1542 states: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant expressly waives and relinquishes all rights and benefits under that section and any law of any jurisdiction of similar effect with respect to her or his release of any claims he or she may have against Sponsor as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance of a Prize.

h. Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (i) any incorrect or inaccurate registration or entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled, or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (ii) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; (ii) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes; (iv) inaccessibility or unavailability of the Internet in general; or (v) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or result from any attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes.

i. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) should any cause or problem corrupt or inhibit the administration, fairness, security, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes and, in such situation, to select the winner in a manner deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries and/or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion of the Sweepstakes) and, if feasible as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, select a winner or winners using all known eligible non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination, or to not select any winners. Sponsor may prohibit entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant or Sponsor’s representatives. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for typographic or printer’s errors. In no event will more than the number of Prizes stated in these Official Rules be awarded.

j. WAIVER. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, (A) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, OR ANY PRIZES OR OFFERS AWARDED, SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (B) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, AND AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDING COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEY’S FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; AND (C) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES (OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES), AND/OR ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE FOREGOING MAY NOT APPLY TO EVERY ENTRANT.

k. Governing Law. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Venue for any actions hereunder shall be the appropriate state or federal courts located in the city and county of Dallas, Texas.

l. Use of Information. Personally identifiable information that is submitted by entrants as part of this Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, select the prize winner, and fulfill the prize, and will be subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.visitdallas.com/privacy-policy.html and Administrator’s privacy policy at https://bandwango.com/privacy-policy/. If you are selected as a winner, your information may be included in a publicly available winners’ list.

m. Winners’ List. For a list of winners (available 30 days after the end of the Promotion Period), please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Visit Dallas Margarita Mile Cup Sweepstakes Winner’s List, 1807 Ross Avenue, Suite 450, Dallas, TX 75201. Requests must be received no later than September 30, 2026.
