The Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Market Center team is excited to announce our promotion of the year to support all those Hilton Honors Event Planners out there. Starting now through September 30th of 2018 - Event Planners can earn DOUBLE Points (2 Points per $1 USD spent) on all qualifying meetings and events arriving anytime between now and March 31st of 2019.
•The member/event planner signs a contract for the qualifying meeting or event.
- The contract must include the terms of the Event Planner Points, including all charges that are eligible for Points.
- Only the individual stipulated in the contract is eligible to receive Event Planner Bonus Points.
- The individual that signs the contract does not need to be the individual that receives the Points.
- The Event Planner Bonus Point recipient does not need to be a registered guest or attend the meeting.
- The Event Planner Bonus Point recipient must be a Member of Hilton Honors to receive Points in connection with the event.
•Once the event has been completed and paid for in full, Event Planner Points will be awarded on the final invoiced amount minus taxes and service charges.
•There is no minimum value for an event to be eligible for Event Planner Points.
•Event Planner Points can be awarded on charges up to $100,000 USD.
