Partner Experience

  • Completed strategic reorganization of department.
  • Welcome letter sent to all current partner/members letting them know about the new Experience Department. 

Visitors Center

  • Completed redesign of existing space at Old Red with new branding, technology and furniture.
  • Added new display map and a matching walking map.
  • Introduced new uniforms with new branding – sweaters and sweater vests. 


  • Developed concierge program for business hotels and convention hotels.
  • Attended PCMA and ESPA conferences
