Summer is here! It's time to book your trip to Dallas. And if you're looking to cool off, keep these hotel pools in mind when planning your trip.

1. The Joule

You've heard of living on the edge, but how about swimming on the edge? The Joule features a unique, glass pool hangs over the top of the hotel, giving you incredible views of Dallas and The Eye sculpture across the street. While you're there, check out the spa for ultimate relaxation before you leave.

2. Omni Dallas

Catch some of the best views of the city at the outdoor infinity pool at the Omni. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the heated jacuzzi, while enjoying your favorite drink from the outdoor bar. Or head to the fourth floor pool deck to hang out in the cabanas.

3. Fairmont

Feel like Phelps at the Olympic-sized, rooftop pool at the Fairmont. Enjoy pool side service for a quick bite to eat and a refreshing cocktail to keep you cool in the heat. Or dine in at the award-winning Pyramid Restaurant & Bar located inside the hotel.

4. Hilton Anatole

For a kid-friendly option, visit Jade Waters at the Hilton Anatole. This resort-style pool is a new addition to the hotel and it has everything you need and more. Relax in the lazy river or go for the 180-foot slides, then grab lunch at the Grill & Bar after your swim. The pool is open until Labor Day weekend, leaving you plenty of time to plan a visit.

5. Ritz Carlton Dallas

Feel like luxury at the Ritz Carlton rooftop pool, and order a bite to eat at Fearing Restaurant to stay fueled in the heat. Or enjoy the beautiful, indoor spa and treat yourself to a massage of your choice. Be sure to stay late for the only-in-Dallas Guacamologist experience that's put on every night at 6 p.m.

6. Renaissance

Enjoy a quiet and laid-back feel at the Renaissance pool. Grab your favorite book and enjoy pure serenity while you're here. For lunch, stop in the hotel restaurant, Asador, that cooks up modern American eats with a Latin flair.

7. Westin Galleria Dallas

Go for a shopping spree at the Galleria, before settling down outside at the pool. Order a drink and some snacks from the poolside service and relax in the cabanas to recover from a long day of retail therapy.
