Faith & Grief hosts 4th the annual Memorial Arch in Klyde Warren Park throughout December, (December 1st - 22nd, 2019). The opening ceremonies will be December 1st at 2 pm.
Faith & Grief acknowledges the social, mental, and spiritual challenges of bereaved individuals and families surrounding the holidays, as well as the importance of remembering loved ones. The Arch began in response to the Dallas Police Officers killed in July 2016. The purpose of the Memorial Arch is to provide a place for the citizens of Dallas to visit and remember their loved ones, share their stories, and participate by writing their loved ones names on ribbons and tying them to the Arch with the names of others who we remember. The Arch becomes a temporary art installation as well.
Faith & Grief is an interfaith grief support non-profit headquartered here in Dallas. To learn more about the Faith & Grief Memorial Arch and our monthly support gatherings, go to our website www.faithandgrief.org.
