Collin County Community College is home to two competitive sports in tennis and basketball. These teams have the privilege of playing and practicing in some of the finest junior college facilities in the state for their respective sports. Cougar Hall is the gymnasium that hosts the men's and women's basketball teams and is complete with locker rooms, an electronic scoreboard, and a seating capacity of 600 people. The men's and women's tennis teams compete at the Cougar Tennis Courts which contain 12 courts, including Maureen Connolly Brinker Centre Court that features stadium seating. With black iron fencing and a climate controlled area for stringing racquets, the Cougar Tennis Courts have been host to numerous high school playoff matches and have hosted the National Junior College Tennis Tournament for 8 consecutive years.
