What does it mean to witness history in real time from behind a camera lens? Narrated by Liev Schreiber, They Fight with Cameras features archival wartime footage of decorated U.S. Army Signal Corps combat cameraman Walter Rosenblum, along with his photographs, never-before-seen motion-picture footage, and recently discovered letters to his first wife. From the D-Day landings on Omaha Beach to the liberation of Dachau Concentration Camp, Rosenblum and his fellow Signal Corps cameramen documented the war in Europe with skill, empathy, and unflinching courage. A live virtual talkback with producers Nina Rosenblum and Dan Allentuck will follow the film.
