Nostalgia Art Show
Get ready to relive the music, movies, toys, fashion, and pop culture moments that defined a generation at the Nostalgia Art Show, a vibrant, community-driven exhibition celebrating the iconic eras of the 1980s, 1990s, and early 2000s.
Taking place at Art on Main Dallas, the exhibition will feature original works of art spanning painting, mixed media, photography, sculpture, digital art, wearable art, and more.
Created by Dallas-based artist, creative entrepreneur, and community leader Kathryn Iklé, the Nostalgia Art Show invites artists and audiences alike to revisit the moments that shaped their childhoods and identities—from Saturday morning cartoons and VHS tapes to arcade games, mixtapes, fashion trends, and unforgettable cultural milestones.
The result is an immersive and highly interactive exhibition designed to spark recognition, joy, storytelling, and connection among visitors of all ages.
The exhibition will be open to the public:
• Saturday, August 15, 2026 | 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday, August 16, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
A special Artist Reception will be held on Saturday, August 15 from 5:00 PM–7:00 PM, alongside an Artist Show & Tell from 11:00 AM–5:00 PM, offering attendees the opportunity to meet participating artists, hear the stories behind the work, and engage directly with the creative process.
Adding to the nostalgic experience, the reception will feature a special appearance by the Ghostbusters Texas Rangers Division, giving guests the chance to meet members of the team, take photos, and celebrate one of pop culture's most beloved franchises.
