¡Bailamos! A Night of Latin Music
Event is held from 5/9/25-5/10/25 @7:30-9:30pm & 5/11/25 from 3-5pm
Principal Pops Conductor Jeff Tyzik and the DSO invite you to a night of sultry Latin music, featuring tango classics and ballads. The fearless, fiery Edna Vázquez, whose powerful voice blends Mexican and American folk, pop and rock into something fabulous, spreads her message of light, love and cultural healing. And GRAMMY® Award-winning Argentine bandoneón artist Héctor Del Curto performs music by the iconic Astor Piazzolla and Carlos Gardel —including the famous “Por Una Cabeza.” Argentine master dancers Celina Rotundo and Hugo Patyn become the seductive, sensual tango — the sexiest of all dances — as they glide, kick, and strut across the stage.
