Dallas History, Murder & Mayhem Tour - An Artist's Vision of True Crime in Dallas
Artist and author Brad Ford Smith brings historic true crime stories to life in a special tour with local guides I See Dallas.
Smith, an expert in Dallas true crime history, discovered dark tales of Dallas history while researching true crimes and strange mishaps for his book, "Where to Find a Ghost" (K.Co Press 2025) which uses detailed pen-and-ink drawings to document sites of “calamity and tragedy” as they exist today.
The tour includes 8 stops at ten specially elected Dallas locations featured in the book, and is led by Smith, who shares insights, stories and obscure facts about each one. Participants leave with a new understanding of the city, and fresh perspectives on local sites with much more to their stories.
The tour will last for approximately three to four hours with a break at Pegasus City Brewery for refreshments.
Each ticket includes a signed copy of Where to Find a Ghost.
This tour is appropriate for ages 13 and up, and is not wheelchair accessible.
