Uchibā Dallas' monthly Uncommon Ramen dinner returns on Monday, August 3, featuring guest pitmaster Jeffery Hobbs of Slow Bone. Guests can enjoy a one-night-only Konro Bakar Ramen with grilled beef short rib in rich tonkotsu broth or a vegetarian ramen with tofu and miso broth, celebrating the flavors of Texas barbecue through Uchibā's Japanese-inspired lens.
