For one night only, on Tuesday, August 26, guests in Dallas will have the rare opportunity to experience a world-class tasting menu from Chef Eduardo Morali, the celebrated culinary mind behind Pangea, the Michelin-starred restaurant in Monterrey, Mexico — without ever leaving the city.
This special evening brings the bold, contemporary flavors of northern Mexico to The Mexican’s elegant dining room, with a menu that marries culinary innovation and regional heritage. Chef Morali, known for reimagining traditional Mexican cuisine with global technique and refined execution, will present a one-of-a-kind tasting experience that reflects the spirit and sophistication of Monterrey.
