Third Party Incentive Details Exclusive to ConferenceDirect Customers:

Applies to group business (101 peak rooms or greater)
Visit Dallas must be involved in the sourcing process and prior to contract signature with Dallas hotel
Must contract at one of our Dallas, TX hotels
Valid on specific dates in years 2025, 2026, 2027 & 2028
Your customers will receive up to 10% of actualized rooms revenue back to their organization
Program is limited to properties that can contain all guest rooms under one roof
Cannot be combined with hotel incentive program set forth by our Board
ConferenceDirect will receive 3% marketing fee on actualized room revenue for each program
At least 50% of the total room block must fall over the incentive dates to qualify

Jana is a native Texan and an 18-year veteran of the hospitality industry. Over the past decade with Visit Dallas, she has held multiple roles within the Sales Division and currently leads the Hotel Sales Team while continuing to manage key relationships with Third-Party Strategic Accounts. Jana is known for her collaborative leadership style, strategic approach to business development, and deep commitment to the success of her partners and team.

Outside of work, Jana enjoys spending time with her family in East Texas, cooking, volunteering, wine tasting, snow skiing, and exploring new destinations. In 2025, she embraced an exciting new chapter—motherhood—with the arrival of her baby girl, adding even more joy and purpose to her life.
