Third Party Incentive Details Exclusive to HelmsBriscoe Customers:

Applies to group business (101 peak rooms or greater)
Visit Dallas must be involved in the sourcing process and prior to contract signature with Dallas hotel
Must contract at one of our Dallas, TX hotels
Valid on specific dates in years 2025, 2026, 2027 & 2028
Your customers will receive up to 10% of actualized rooms revenue back to their organization
Program is limited to properties that can contain all guest rooms under one roof
Cannot be combined with hotel incentive program set forth by our Board
At least 50% of the total room block must fall over the incentive dates to qualify

Over the last 8 years with Visit Dallas, Jana has assumed multiple roles within the Sales Division and is currently managing strategic partnerships and developing relationships and business strategies to increase lead volume and year over year production growth. Prior to Visit Dallas, Jana thrived in sales roles at various Westin Hotels & Resorts and The Fairmont Dallas during her tenure. When not working, Jana enjoys spending time with her family in East Texas, volunteering, cooking, wine tasting, snow skiing and exploring destinations abroad.
