June Uncommon Ramen at Uchibā Dallas
Uchibā Dallas welcomes guest chef Misti Norris of Rainbowcat TX and Farout Dallas for June’s Uncommon Ramen, the monthly series featuring one-night-only ramen collaborations.
Raised in a Cajun household in Houston, Norris brings her signature Southern and Cajun influence to the menu through preservation techniques and fire-driven cooking. She previously was the Executive Chef and Owner of acclaimed Petra and the Beast, earning recognition from Esquire, Food & Wine, and the James Beard Foundation.
