The Dallas Museum of Art has a wide range of access programs, including those for visitors with sensory processing disorders, developmental and learning disabilities, and limited mobility, among others.
Sensory Needs: The zoo is certified as “sensory inclusive” for guests who may need a quieter and more secure environment while visiting the 106-acre park. Download the free KultureCity App to view what sensory features are available and where they can access them.
Parking: A limited number of accessible parking spots are available in the Main Museum Parking Lot (Lot B) under Woodall Rodgers Freeway.
Entrance: All public entrances and all levels of the Perot Museum are accessible by either elevator or walkways to accommodate both manual and motorized wheelchairs, as well as electric mobility scooters and visitors who prefer to avoid stairs.
Parking: Handicap parking is available in the Museum lot, directly adjacent to the Museum, for the standard parking fee.
Entrance: An accessible ramp is located at the northwest corner of the Museum. Wheelchairs are available for guests in the Visitors Center on a first-come, first-served basis.
Parking: Handicap parking is available with the Hyatt Regency Valet for $7. Valet parking is located at 300 Reunion Blvd.
Entrance: An elevator takes visitors to the entrance of the observation deck. Wheelchair accessible ramps lead to the outdoor observation deck.
Parking: Accessibility parking is available in the parking lot across from the museum entrance on SMU Boulevard.
Entrance: Upon entry, all visitors must pass through a security check with a metal detector. The museum is fully accessible according to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Sign Language Services: For a sign language interpreter, email bush43visitors@nara.gov at least two weeks prior to your visit.
