Dallas-based photographer and artist Nicholas Sanders will present “Recessed,” a mixed-media fine art exhibition, on Saturday, Aug. 8, from 5–10 p.m. at TF Gallery, 122 Leslie St. in Dallas. Featuring 15 works created over the past two years, the exhibition combines fine art photography and painting to explore joy, nostalgia, the inner child and the masks people wear. The opening reception is free and open to the public, with drinks, music and an artist talk. Artwork will be available for purchase, and no RSVP is required.
