Revel in a patriotic atmosphere as Dallas Winds perform during the Star Spangled Spectacular at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center. Featuring live music and indoor fireworks, this 4th of July event ensures high-energy fun for all ages. Don't miss grabbing a hot dog and a scoop of ice cream inside the air-conditioned space.

Getting There: Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center is located at 2301 Flora St. in the Arts District. The nearest DART bus stop is situated at the corner of Pearl and Ross. There is also a DART Rail stop at Pearl and Bryan Street, which is three blocks away. Valet parking is available by the main entrance on Flora Street.
Picnic along the parade route to see handmade floats, local organizations, and the children's parade. Typically an hour long, the event ends with a carnival for the community. Featuring games, food, and more, the carnival is a great way to celebrate your independence on Saturday. The carnival closes at 12 PM, giving you plenty of time to head home and ready the grill for a backyard party.

Getting there: The parade takes off down Church Road to the Lake Highlands North Rec Center. There are a series of nearby parking lots to the Lake Highlands North Rec Center.
Patriotic tunes, children’s activities, and a pyrotechnic show await at Klyde Warren Park for a free, family-friendly event in honor of the Fourth of July. On top of the special activities available for the event, visitors can explore the park’s year-round offerings, including the Sheila and Jody Grant Children’s Park, food trucks, and on-park restaurants.

Cheer on the floats, parade marchers, and grand marshal at the Lakewood 4th of July Parade. The annual parade will start at Lakewood Blvd & Cambria and continue to Winstead by Tokalon Park. Looking for some active Fourth of July fun? Arrive early to participate in the Fun Run at 8 AM.
