This fall, the Dallas Arboretum debuts ¡Mundo México! as its famous Pumpkin Village for 2025. This event is a seasonal showcase honoring Mexican culture, art, and harvest traditions.

Descubra Texas Town en Pumpkin Village
More than 110,000 pumpkins, gourds, and squash are arranged to depict seven celebrated regions of Mexico with striking gourd displays. Towering alebrije-inspired sculptures by acclaimed Oaxacan artists Jacobo and María Ángeles serve as the centerpiece for heritage, artistry, and the spirit of the season. The Arboretum promises an experience filled with picture-perfect moments. Plus, with pumpkins and squash in every shape, size, and color, the whole family will be mesmerized by the magic of fall.

Cool Thursdays Concerts Series | September 4-November 6, 6 pm (gates), 7 pm (show)
Celebrate 28 years of music at Dallas’s scenic concert series with tribute shows like The Formation Beyoncé Experience, Absolute Queen, and Red: A Taylor Swift Tribute.
Pumpkins & Pints Nights | September 22 through October 8, 6-9 pm
For the first time ever, you can enjoy the Pumpkin Village at night! Every Wednesday evening from September through October, unwind from 6–9 pm with local craft beer, wine, and snacks from Gil’s Elegant Catering, as well as Mexican food from local food trucks, and dancing by Las Estrellas de Tejas as you stroll through the beautifully lit Pumpkin Village.
Day of the Dead Piñata Class | September 23, 6-8 pm
Join No Limit Arts and Crafts for a hands-on workshop where you’ll create your own 16-inch piñata inspired by Día de los Muertos traditions. It’s a fun way to honor loved ones, explore cultural art, and get crafty.
Pumpkins After Hours: A Sensory-Friendly Evening | September 30, 5:30-8 pm
Join us for the first Fall Sensory Evening, a welcoming event designed for individuals with sensory sensitivities and their families. Enjoy smaller crowds, quiet zones, and hands-on fall activities like pumpkin exploration, leaf rubbings, and nature crafts. Families will also have exclusive access to Pumpkin Village in a calm, inclusive setting.
Modern Mole with Chef Mollie G. | October 11, 11 am
Join Chef Mollie G. for a hands-on class celebrating one of Mexico’s treasured dishes: Mole Blanco. Learn to layer spices and aromatics to create this delicate white mole, paired with charred butternut squash for a plant-forward twist. Plus, there's Jamaican Ginger Agua Fresca, which adds a refreshing finish. Enjoy it as is or with your favorite spirit. Come ready to cook (and taste!)
Goblins in the Garden | October 24-25, 6–8 pm
Celebrate Halloween at the Arboretum with a members-only evening in the Illuminated Pumpkin Village @ Night, featuring themed trick-or-treating, music, and family fun.

The Dallas Arboretum is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm, but the fall season can get busy, so be sure to purchase your tickets in advance. For a more seamless experience, the Arboretum encourages guests to reserve timed admission tickets online. This helps with parking and ensures a more enjoyable visit for everyone.
