When we don't have the words, chocolate speaks volumes. Fortunately, CocoAndré Chocolatier in Bishop Arts, makes it easy to say "I love you" with an impressive variety of chocolates.

Chocolatier Andrea Pedraza - who was born in San Luis Potosí and did not imagine she would become a chocolate entrepreneur - has been working her magic with chocolate since 2009 after a 25-year-career learning the craft by working for one of the first independent chocolatiers in Dallas. She taps into her Latino heritage and flavors to concoct her scrumptious combinations in the kitchen in the back of a quaint cottage, located on West 7th Street in Oak Cliff. When you walk in, you are immediately enveloped by the smell of chocolate.

Chat with Andrea's daughter Cindy to choose the perfect chocolate for your Valentine. Heart lollipops perhaps, or an arrangement of chocolate covered strawberries. Take your pick!

Go for the classics like a heart-shaped box, adorned with a "Te Amo" message and filled with mouth-watering truffles and chocolate hearts, or try one of Andrea's new collections. It features liqueur truffles that combine her delectable chocolate with whisky, champagne, Grand Marnier or tequila - the perfect closing for a romantic Valentine's Day. There's also a vegan option that includes chocolate ice cream.

When love is in the air, chocolate should be melting in your mouth. So whether you want to go for an understated gift of delicious pistachio-coconut-sea salt bark or really make a splash with the beautiful flowers and hearts, just make sure it's chocolate.
