Join I AM LIFTED trainer, Caitlin King, for a rhythm-based cardio and strength full-body workout. Move to the music while toning in this total body workout featuring resistance bands. All equipment will be provided, just bring yourself! Afterwards, hangout for a mimosa to kickstart your Saturday.   Included in your day pass or membership. Day pass is good all day and including unlimited climbing, yoga classes, and use of fitness facility. Reserve your space on, the climb OSO app, or the MindBody app.   *Must be 21+ to consume mimosas! No climbing after drinking.
