UTD, as it is commonly referred to, joined the American Southwest Conference in Division III of the NCAA, and almost immediately began to be a competitive force. The facility contains a soccer complex with 8 fields, a baseball field, a softball field, 8 tennis courts, and a multi-million dollar activity center that can do a variety of sports. UTD host home games for their NCAA competition sports, Dallas Burn Soccer Club matches, and multiple conference championship events.
