The NBA brings its brightest stars to Dallas and Cowboys Stadium February 11-14, 2009. The first NBA All-Star game open to the public tips off on Feb. 14 at Cowboys Stadium. The city of Dallas hosts the NBA All-Star Jam Session presented by Adidas Feb. 11-13 at the Dallas Convention Center, the T-Mobile Rookie Challenge and Youth Jam Feb. 12 at American Airlines Center and the NBA All-Star Saturday Night Feb. 13 at American Airlines Center.

The best of the NFL converge on North Texas to determine a world champion in Super Bowl XLV at Cowboys Stadium on February 6, 2011. Events and activities abound during one of the most exciting weeks of the year in the sports world. The city of Dallas is set to host the NFL Experience at the Dallas Convention Center, the NFL Headquarters at the Hilton Anatole, the Media Center at the Sheraton Dallas, the NFC Fan Party at Fair Park and a Kick-Off Concert Series event at the Winspear Opera House.

Dallas is among 27 destinations nationwide bidding to host the 2018 or 2022 FIFA World Cup™. The USA Bid Committee has issued a call to action through a national online promotional campaign designed to collect 500,000 signatures in support of the United States' selection as host nation for the international tournament. Vote today to help Dallas reach its goal and to demonstrate to FIFA and the world that we are serious about hosting the World Cup.
