The PoBoy Shop Grand Opening Weekend Celebration
The PoBoy Shop is officially celebrating its Grand Opening Weekend — and you’re invited! Join us October 3–5 from 11 AM to 4 PM for three full days of flavor-packed festivities in Preston Center. Expect handcrafted Louisiana-style po’boys, bold Cajun sides, golden ticket giveaways, festive photo moments, and fun surprises throughout the weekend.
The Grand Opening Weekend is our official thank-you to the Dallas community — a celebration of where we’ve landed, the support we’ve felt, and everything still to come. We’re here, we’re grateful, and we’re just getting started. This is a come-and-go celebration, so swing by anytime throughout the weekend. The PoBoy Shop will operate under regular hours of 11 AM to 8 PM, with Grand Opening celebrations taking place from 11 AM to 4 PM.

Every guest who orders is automatically entered to win a Golden Ticket, tucked inside select meals each day. One lucky winner per day will score one FREE whole po’boy per week for a full year. Two additional winners daily will win a FREE half po’boy per week for a year. No extra steps needed — just show up, order, and cross your fingers!

Drop off your business card in-store during the event to be entered to win two large po’boy trays delivered to your office or team.
