Uncommon Ramen at Uchibā Dallas
Since 2017, Uncommon Ramen has brought together celebrated chefs from across the country to create innovative, one-night-only ramen collaborations at Uchibā. Past participants include culinary icons like Tyson Cole, Aaron Franklin, and Chris Shepherd.
This month, Chef Marc Krampe—an award-winning culinary force and Executive Chef of Southern Hospitality Kitchens—brings his globally inspired, Southern-rooted cuisine to Dallas for an unforgettable night of flavor. A Le Cordon Bleu–trained chef with over 20 years of experience, Krampe is known for blending French, Japanese, Thai, and New American influences into bold, ingredient-driven creations. He is also an Ōra King Ambassador and a passionate advocate for sustainability and community outreach.
