Events are approved in the order they are received and usually added to the site within 72 business hours. Additionally, the following criteria, as well as others identified by VisitDallas, is used by our staff to determine inclusion on the events calendar:
- Event must take place within Dallas city limits, or otherwise approved by VisitDallas
- The event is intended for a broad, public audience
- The event is not overtly commercial
