Events are approved in the order they are received and usually added to the site within 72 business hours. Additionally, the following criteria, as well as others identified by Visit Dallas, is used by our staff to determine inclusion on the events calendar:

  • Event must take place within Dallas city limits, or otherwise approved by Visit Dallas 
  • Events should should be of interest to the traveling public and open to the general public 
  • The event is not overtly commercial
