Holiday at the Arboretum

Each year, the sprawling 66 acres of garden and outdoor space at the Dallas Arboretum is transformed into a "12 Days of Christmas" themed outdoor exhibit featuring 25-foot-tall Victorian-style gazebos, each depicting different scenes from beloved Christmas carols. Nearly one million lights will be streamed throughout the garden, which guests can walk through during extended nighttime hours to fully enjoy the holiday magic.

Dallas Zoo Lights

The Dallas Zoo has also reconceived its annual Dallas Zoo Lights event to become a drive-thru show. Slated to take place from Nov. 20 to Jan. 6, the zoo is retrofitted with more than one million lights in elaborate displays, silk-covered animal lanterns and an ice palace that can now all be enjoyed from the safety of one's car.

Miracle on Greenville

Go for an over-the-top Christmas cocktail at Miracle. The pop-up bar is open through December 31, and is bringing the holiday cheer to a great location on Greenville Avenue. Stop by for holiday-themed drinks and sit amongst more Christmas lights than you can count. This year's location include some outdoor seating, so bring a coat for a chilly night and come ready for all the photos!
