By submitting photographs or other materials ("Materials") to the Dallas Tourism Public Improvement District ("DTPID") and Visit Dallas for publication, you hereby forever grant DTPID and Visit Dallas the non-exclusive, irrevocable, unencumbered, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, fully-paid, perpetual, and worldwide right, but not the obligation, to use all or any part of the Materials, whether in original or modified form, for any and all commercial and non-commercial purposes, and in any and all manners, mediums, and forms, whether now known or hereinafter devised.
