WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

The Master Class is for all hospitality industry professionals. However, the programs are geared mostly toward frontline employees – feel free to forward on the message!

 

I NEED AN ELEVATOR PITCH FOR MY BOSS. WHAT SHOULD I SAY? 

Start with FREE!  That always helps. While the Master Class is free, the content is priceless. This curated panel of customer service masters and hospitality professionals will elevate (see what we did there?) your day-to-day interactions and convert one-time customers into lifelong consumers. It is hard to say no to that!

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

This is a casual event! In true Southwest Airlines fashion, everything about the TOPS facility is fun and relaxed. We suggest business casual – ready to have a good time, while at the same time network with the best of the best.

 

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?  

Parking is available at the Frontiers of Flight Museum located at 6911 Lemmon Ave., Dallas, Texas 75209. Shuttles will transport attendees to the TOPS facility.

 

The TOPS facility is also right on the DART light rail line (Burbank Station) and is serviced by the Green and Orange lines.  

 

WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED?

Yes! We don't believe in learning and engaging on empty stomachs. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and a graduation after-party will top it all off.  Good training must be accompanied by good food.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES?

We totally understand! There will be a variety of food options available the day of. In addition, as you apply we will keep email communication pretty frequent, but you can always email masterclass@visitdallas.com with any food allergy concerns.

 

I GRADUATED THE 2019 MASTER CLASS, CAN I ATTEND AGAIN?

Last year was amazing right? This hospitality thing is kind of a big deal. While we certainly encourage you to apply again, we do have limited openings, so we will pull from new applicants first.  If there is extra space we will then notify previous attendees based on their application. We encourage you to utilize what you learned last year by helping us spread the word and sending us your colleagues! 

 

I HAD SUCH A GOOD TIME AT MASTER CLASS, WHY WAS I NOT SELECTED TO ATTEND THIS YEAR?

We're so glad you're interested in Customer Service Master Class and invested in great hospitality. Through careful consideration, we have given preference for new applicants  and frontline hospitality employees to attend Master Class. However, we have added you to our waitlist and, we will let you know if a seat becomes available. Additionally, we are already thinking of ways to serve even more people next year.
