While the cityscape of the Victory Park has seen dramatic change over the last few years, the heart of the South Victory (SoVi) neighborhood has experienced a renaissance of renewed vibrant energy in its culture and commerce. With new restaurant and entertainment concepts being introduced around every corner, you'll want to grab your friends or take a date and return to this wonderful walkable district again and again.

Billy Can Can
For a fun and lively atmosphere full of merry-making, fine drinks and modern Texas cuisine, take a step inside the reimagined saloon at Billy Can Can. The modern and high-end interpretation a late 19th century staple is echoed in every detail. Anchored by a stunning 40- foot pecan wood bar, the main dining hall is replete with rich leather, striking taxidermy and a brand-new art installation featuring 36 Civil War rifle replicas. The cocktails alone make this a must visit spot, and the menu will keep you coming back for more.

If a luxe lounge is more your style, you'll find everything you need for a night out when you partake in the pan-Asian prowess of Imoto. A concept from local legend Kent Rathbun, Imoto offers a menu that spans several Asian culinary experiences including a traditional sushi bar. Boasting a robust wine and sake collection along with an extensive cocktail list, the libation options are limitless. The large red origami cranes suspended from the ceiling and low-light ambience create the ultimate nightlife atmosphere. Pro tip: A weekend DJ brings even more action to this Victory Park staple.

A beloved Tex-Mex staple in the Dallas area, Mesero has opened its fifth location in Victory Park. Modern and elevated Mexican dishes like ceviche, blackened salmon, steak, tacos and enchiladas are plated to perfection. Don't forget about the drinks. Mesero has a long list of cocktails prepared to keep you satisfied with whatever sips you prefer.

Sweet Tooth Hotel
No night out on the town is complete without an Instagram post or two. For a backdrop that would make Kim K jealous, reserve a ticket at the selfie-friendly, Sweet Tooth Hotel. Brought to life by husband and wife team, Cole and Jencey Keeton, this experiential art installation brings together the work of some of DFW's most innovative and creative artists to create an alternate universe so sweet you may never want to leave.

Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas
Once you've experienced Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, simply 'going to a movie' will never be the same. The three-escalator climb to the impressive atrium with floor to ceiling windows overlooking Victory Park sets the stage for the ultimate movie-goer experience before you've even stepped foot in the theatre. Don't worry about waiting in line to pick up your popcorn, once you've found your fully-reclining leather seat, there is push-button waiter service ready to offer a full of menu of delicious cocktails and gourmet food, so you never miss a moment of your film.
