The University of North Texas and Apogee announced a 20-year naming-rights sponsorship agreement for the new Mean Green Athletics football stadium located within the Mean Green Village athletics complex on the UNT campus in Denton, Texas. The $20 million deal is the second largest naming-rights agreement for college football stadiums to date. The 31,000 seat stadium features PowerBlade HP+, an artificial turf that combines synthetic fibers with a rubber and sand infill. Apogee Stadium is the first to receive LEED Platinum Certification
